    After you’ve submitted your client application, we hop on a free discovery call in which you can tell me about your goals and needs and check if we are a good fit. This is also a time to get an idea about the final pricing.

    If we decide to work together, I will send you a contract and a link for a 50% deposit payment and we set the date for our kick-off strategy call. I will build your design and give you plenty of room for feedback, so we can course-correct if necessary to ensure you are completely happy with the design.

  • All services are based on collaboration. That means you are involved as much as possible from the beginning to ensure you will be happy with the results. You can also use all 3 of your revisions to change things along the way. For design, I give you many design drafts to choose from to steer me in the right direction. For website design, I will chat to you after the first page is designed. The first page leads the direction of the website and you can give me all your input and feedback, so we know where to go from there.

  • Please fill out and submit your client application form. Once I've received it, I will send you a link to book our virtual meetup on your preferred date and time. We hop on a free virtual discovery call and talk through the process and any potential questions you might have.

  • Yes, I do. You can split the payments. However, a 50% deposit payment is required to secure your spot with me.

  • Yes, you absolutely can! I recommend this to make sure your brand strategy, design, and online presence are all of a piece to ensure consistent branding.

  • You will need (ideally high quality) photos that you want to show on your website and your website copy. If you don't have copy for your website yet, I provide you with a website content planner and give you guidance on what to write. I'm also happy to refer you to some wonderful copywriters.

  • Yes, 100% - this is absolutely critical for usability and your Google ranking. I use CSS to ensure it all turns out nice and neatly.

  • Absolutely! I will show you how to do this during our handover. You will also receive a recording which you can always refer back to help you build out the content on your website.
